the order. The toner cartriages I ordered were remanufactured and in
order to reset the counter on the printer a new fuse was necessary
on the cartriage. They forgot to put the fuse in and that confused
my staff for a while. Fortunately I knew what was wrong and did it
myself. I have ordered 6 cartriages from them in two different
orders and all the cartriages from them suffered from the same
problem. I had informed them of the problem after my first order but
it was not fixed by the time of the second order so I dont know if
they will ever fix it.

Body: Overall I must say I am impressed. I was very dubious of the
inkjet refill concept, but their site was clear, their staff
curteous and prompt to my query about my specific CD printer. The
instructions were clear and the whole inkjet refill process took me
less than 10 minutes to complete and the first printed CD on the new
cartridge looked great! I highly recommend them, although this ink
will probably last me for some time, I will definetely be coming
back for more later.

Body: I have not had a chance to actually use the products (toner
and drum cartridges) as they were ordered for backup stock. But they
seem to be just as represented; they were much less than our local
source, they arrived promptly and the customer service people were
easy to reach (no long hold times) and efficient. The only reason I
didnt check 5 was that the products werent free and arrive the day
before I ordered them. If they work as good as factory original
stuff (or close) I will reorder many times. Thanks.

Body: I received the toner cartridges purchased. I paid $50 to have
them overnighted on Thursday and didnt receive them Friday. So I
called customer service and they hadnt been shipped yet. I didnt
receive them until Monday morning. Inconvenient, but they did refund
half of the shipping cost. I would probably buy from them again. I
would just make sure I placed my order on Monday.

though the order did arrive three days later than promised. The
cartridge was not properly packed and toner had spilled everywhere.
Quite a mess, and I thought I would have to return it. I was able to
use compressed air and blow the cartridge clean and it has worked
fine. I will try one more time but if I have any problems I would
